Job Summary
To drive partnership growth in the blockchain sector, the full-time remote Business Development Associate will identify and pursue collaborations with early-stage developers, pitch ZeroDev's infrastructure, and manage lead tracking from initial interest to technical evaluation.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue partnerships with early-stage builders, converting interest into active ZeroDev integrations
- Pitch ZeroDev's Kernel and modular account infrastructure to developer teams, highlighting shortcomings of their current setups
- Track leads and nurture them from interest to technical evaluation, handing off to sales engineering for further integration support
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a business development or similar role
- Demonstrated experience engaging with early-stage developers in crypto or Web3 ecosystems
- Practical knowledge of smart accounts, EIP-4337, EIP-7702, and related developer tooling
- Experience using social platforms like Crypto Twitter to generate qualified leads
- Results-oriented approach with experience in converting prospective builders into active users
