Business Development Associate

Job Summary

To support business development initiatives, the full-time Associate in Business Development, Planning and Analysis will conduct financial analysis projects, synthesize data from various sources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic reports and business plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business and financial analysis projects supporting clinical program development and strategic capital investments
• Analyze financial statements, budgets, and operational reports to identify trends and impacts on business performance
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for management, highlighting key decisions and risks associated with initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Finance, or a related field
• Three years of experience in financial and data analysis, business operations, or project management in the health or life sciences sector
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and valuation methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management tools is preferred
• Experience with clinical and financial enterprise systems such as Epic and SAP, as well as data analysis tools like Tableau and Power BI, is preferred
