Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate to promote, sell, and assist with the administration of contracts for education products and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential school districts and education institutions as target customers, strategize outreach, and achieve sales targets
• Conduct research to generate leads and track progress of communication efforts
• Engage with school district administrators to understand their language education needs and demonstrate how programs align with their requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the education industry
• Understanding of English language learning needs and challenges within diverse student populations
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage sales activities
