Job Summary

Business Development Capture Specialist is a full-time position responsible for supporting the identification and capture of strategic growth opportunities within the federal government marketplace, including market analysis and proposal submission support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and maintenance of business relationships to identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence analysis to aid in strategic positioning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compliant and competitive solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Government, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
  • 5-7 years of experience in business development, capture management, or federal contracting initiatives
  • Experience in the federal government contracting environment preferred
  • General understanding of federal acquisition lifecycle and procurement processes
  • Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management tools such as Salesforce or GovWin
