Job Summary

To support the agency's new business and communication efforts, the full-time Business Development Communications Specialist will manage content creation, design marketing materials, and assist in developing proposals and campaigns while working fully remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support new business initiatives by creating sales materials and managing marketing campaigns
  • Act as a primary contact for agency partnerships, developing joint marketing content and managing communications
  • Design and produce a variety of marketing materials and write persuasive copy for digital assets
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a communications role at a digital agency or similar environment
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio of relevant samples
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills using tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) and a tech-savvy mindset
