Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Consultant, Small CL.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify new business opportunities from optimizer data
• Lead agency business development discussions with targeted agents
• Manage select Affinity program and agency relationships to drive profitable outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5-8 years of Commercial Lines and/or Marketing experience with an established carrier
• Proven track record in developing new business
• Professional designation such as CPCU, CIC, etc., is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning internal systems
