Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain sales processes to ensure high-quality client servicing
• Generate new leads and develop business by building relationships with prospective clients
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the growth of the Academics & Executive Division

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of healthcare sales experience
• 3-5 years of experience in physician recruitment
• Preferred experience in academic medicine
• Proven track record in sales for healthcare recruitment
