Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate Consultant (International).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage development operations, analyze fundraising data, and generate reports to support decision-making
• Conduct donor research, prepare funder profiles, and coordinate donor engagement activities
• Lead the development of proposals, budgets, and workplans, ensuring compliance with templates and requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of nonprofit fundraising or related experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience administering a database or CRM
• Experience conducting prospect or grants research across various funding sources
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI is a plus
• Comfort using digital and AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency
