Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, National Business Development (Low Voltage & Critical Facilities).
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage employer partners in the assigned domain and region for entry-level tech talent
- Leverage existing network to generate warm leads within the first 30 days
- Conduct discovery meetings with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and fit with graduate profiles
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience in low voltage and critical facilities
- Proven track record of opening new accounts
- Self-directed and entrepreneurial mindset
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM for pipeline tracking
- Commitment to the mission of economic equity and tech access for underrepresented adults
