Business Development Consultant

Job Summary

Assisting with full life-cycle proposal management, the remote Business Development Consultant will lead capture activities, analyze solicitations, and coordinate proposal submissions to ensure compliance and timeliness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead capture activities, including research and analysis of competition and potential partners
• Coordinate live proposals, ensuring compliance of technical and cost proposals
• Support writing non-technical sections of proposals and facilitate proposal review meetings

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of business development experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Department of State proposal submissions
• Demonstrated experience with US donor-funded RFPs, particularly from DoS, World Bank, UN, and MCC
• Excellent English writing and editing skills
• Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs, International Development, Economics, Business Administration, English, or a related field
