Business Development Consultant

Job Summary

To support ongoing proposal needs, experienced consultants will find a remote contracted opportunity as a Business Development and Proposal Development Consultant, responsible for managing the full proposal lifecycle, producing high-quality deliverables, and collaborating with internal teams and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting proposal development processes from pre-positioning through submission
• Producing high-quality, donor-compliant deliverables aligned with solicitation requirements
• Participating in proposal design workshops, review cycles, and coordination processes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in one or more functional areas related to proposal development
• At least 10 years of proposal experience for technical writers and proposal managers
• Strong track record supporting proposals for major donors
• Professional English writing/editing proficiency; other languages are an advantage
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
