Job Summary
Building and expanding strategic relationships with financial professionals, the full-time remote Business Development Consultant will drive sales efforts, manage territory execution, and deliver tailored solutions to enhance partner engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors, consultants, and institutional partners while executing territory strategy
- Proactively uncover new business opportunities and manage day-to-day sales activities, including pipeline tracking and proposal development
- Provide expert guidance on retirement solutions and conduct presentations to enhance partner engagement
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business development or sales within the financial services industry
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive new business growth
- Strong understanding of retirement plan design and solutions
