Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development & Training Coordinator to support training initiatives in the Non-QM mortgage market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update training materials and develop customized content for brokers and partners
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback
  • Assist in delivering training sessions and develop expertise in company products and processes


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in training coordination, sales support, or mortgage operations
  • Interest in learning about the Non-QM mortgage market
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and virtual training platforms
