Job Summary
Driving growth in the travel technology sector, the full-time remote Business Development Director will manage the entire sales cycle, develop customer-specific strategies, and foster relationships with key stakeholders to onboard new clients in the Managed Travel segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to customer onboarding
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to individual customers, enhancing sales pipeline velocity
- Build and maintain multi-level relationships with customer stakeholders, including C-Suite executives
Required Qualifications
- At least 8+ years of experience selling B2B solutions in the travel segment
- Proven track record in managing sales velocity and nurturing multi-level relationships
- Ability to provide market feedback for product development and solutions
- Experience collaborating with internal teams such as operations, product, and onboarding
- Alignment with company values of thinking big, urgency, humility, and being data-driven
