Job Summary

Driving growth in the travel technology sector, the full-time remote Business Development Director will manage the entire sales cycle, develop customer-specific strategies, and foster relationships with key stakeholders to onboard new clients in the Managed Travel segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to customer onboarding
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to individual customers, enhancing sales pipeline velocity
  • Build and maintain multi-level relationships with customer stakeholders, including C-Suite executives
Required Qualifications
  • At least 8+ years of experience selling B2B solutions in the travel segment
  • Proven track record in managing sales velocity and nurturing multi-level relationships
  • Ability to provide market feedback for product development and solutions
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams such as operations, product, and onboarding
  • Alignment with company values of thinking big, urgency, humility, and being data-driven
