Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Director to plan and execute sales activities for new business development and client retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop meaningful client relationships through meetings and business issue diagnosis
  • Conduct prospecting and outreach to achieve personal sales and gross profit goals
  • Partner with the Delivery team to fulfill strategic resourcing and project opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in a service offering
  • Experience in prospecting, targeting, closing, and account management
  • Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment
  • High sense of urgency and self-confidence in a results-oriented environment
