Business Development Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Director - Mission Critical (Data Centers).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities in the mission critical/data center sector
• Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact for client development initiatives
• Lead proposal strategy and RFP responses, collaborating with internal teams to customize offerings for clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 10+ years of business development experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the mission critical or data center sector
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi-million-dollar service engagements
• Deep understanding of data center lifecycle including land acquisition and project management delivery
