Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Director - East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new and existing business opportunities while enhancing client relationships
• Implement initiatives to build awareness of company capabilities and services
• Collaborate with internal functions to drive sales and enter client information into company systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of business development experience within a CRO or clinical trials environment
• Experience in CRO, FSP, and Staffing business development
• Data-driven approach focused on results
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
