Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development for the East Coast region of the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage business development activities, including client visits, presentations, and direct sales
  • Oversee budget and contract negotiations with study sponsors and provide input on project proposals
  • Represent the company at industry events and contribute to strategic development of services and pricing
Required Qualifications
  • At least five years of experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry in a business management or sales role
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; a Master's degree is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of clinical drug and device research, preferably in dermatology or immunology
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships
  • Solid understanding of good clinical practices and relevant regulatory guidelines
