Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Director to lead growth across the Public Sector SLED market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales lifecycle from opportunity creation through contract execution for public sector clients
- Drive revenue growth through net-new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts, meeting sales targets
- Engage cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital transformation solutions for clients
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven SLED sales experience in digital transformation or technology-enabled services
- Experience in selling business process modernization technology and services
- Strong ability to navigate complex sales environments and formal procurement processes
- Demonstrated success engaging with senior SLED leaders as trusted advisors
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
