Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Director to lead growth across the Public Sector SLED market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from opportunity creation through contract execution for public sector clients
  • Drive revenue growth through net-new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts, meeting sales targets
  • Engage cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital transformation solutions for clients


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of proven SLED sales experience in digital transformation or technology-enabled services
  • Experience in selling business process modernization technology and services
  • Strong ability to navigate complex sales environments and formal procurement processes
  • Demonstrated success engaging with senior SLED leaders as trusted advisors
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
