Business Development Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Director to drive strategic growth and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape deals and manage the pipeline for RFI/RFQ/RFP solicitations
• Lead complex contract negotiations and ensure compliance with project standards
• Engage with stakeholders and maintain relationships to drive business growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND 7+ years of project management experience, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales with Professional Services
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
• Strong knowledge of compliance and public sector contracting processes
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
