Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Director (Digital Agency Solutions).
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new-logo growth by targeting and engaging senior marketing leaders at enterprise and high-growth brands
- Develop and execute outbound strategies and lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover business challenges
- Own the full pitch and proposal cycle, creating compelling sales narratives and collaborating with internal teams for successful onboarding
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in sales or business development, with 5+ years in a digital or performance marketing agency
- Proven success selling multi-channel digital solutions to enterprise or high-growth brands
- Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, social, content, creative strategy, analytics, and adtech ecosystem
- Disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional SMEs and manage deals end-to-end
