Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Director to lead growth in the Public Sector SLED market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from opportunity creation to contract execution for public sector clients
  • Drive revenue growth through client acquisition and expansion while meeting assigned sales targets

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of proven SLED sales experience in digital transformation or technology-enabled services
  • Experience in selling business process modernization technology and services
  • Strong ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying cycles and formal procurement processes
  • Demonstrated success in engaging senior leaders as trusted advisors
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
