Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Business Development to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth in the clinical research sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue and sales objectives through proactive communication and sales efforts
- Develop and implement strategies for client growth and retention
- Assist in the development of project proposals and support budget reviews
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in business or life sciences; MS or MBA preferred
- A minimum of ten (10) years of sales experience in the CRO industries
- Extensive knowledge of sales methods and practices
- Ability to work independently and under pressure without supervision
- Strong and effective presentation skills
