Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth in the clinical research sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve revenue and sales objectives through proactive communication and sales efforts
  • Develop and implement strategies for client growth and retention
  • Assist in the development of project proposals and support budget reviews
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS in business or life sciences; MS or MBA preferred
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of sales experience in the CRO industries
  • Extensive knowledge of sales methods and practices
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure without supervision
  • Strong and effective presentation skills
