Business Development Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Director to lead complex business proposals for a leading hyperscale cloud customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of business development initiatives, RFPs, and strategic programs
• Lead the Proposal/Quote development team to ensure successful proposal execution aligned with business goals
• Manage cross-functional teams to optimize proposals and ensure timely delivery of customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, program management, business, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in business development, account management, or program management
• Experience in the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) or Contract Manufacturing (CMO) industry
• Understanding of key financial metrics and ability to read P&L, balance sheets, and ROI indicators
• Proficiency in CRM and project management tools
