Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development - AV Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives from opportunity identification through contract closure
• Develop capture plans, win themes, and pursuit strategies in collaboration with the deal team
• Act as the primary client interface, constructing value propositions and managing proposal quality

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of client-facing/sales experience with technology or managed services
• Strong background in cultivating opportunities through general contractors and other channels
• Experience in leading diversified teams in a matrixed environment
• Ability to manage relationships with senior-level clients effectively
• Capability to direct Go-to-Market teams in developing client-required materials
