Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Director to join their team full-time in Sweden/Denmark (remotely).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new client acquisition strategies to maintain revenue growth in the Scandinavian region
  • Build relationships with key buyers and decision makers, identifying opportunities that align with the company's solutions
  • Lead opportunities through all stages of the sales process, from prospect to signature
Required Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in selling complex software development services
  • Proven track record of success in selling high-value complex deals across various market verticals
  • Significant experience in bid campaign management and opportunity qualification
  • Consultative sales expertise
  • Experience interacting with C-Level Executives and conveying value propositions effectively
