Business Development Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Director, New Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption of new products and solutions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet revenue and booking quotas
• Engage with product teams and end-users to assess and deliver new products

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in the UAS/drone ecosystem, preferably with an OEM or technology provider
• Strong understanding of ISR workflows and aerial data interpretation
• Prior military experience, especially in UAS or ISR roles, is strongly preferred
• Ability to engage with operators and leadership in high-pressure environments
• Experience in early-stage product environments and integrating technology into broader mission systems
