Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director/Associate Director of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential business prospects and key decision makers in relevant sectors
• Facilitate business meetings and support proposal writing and negotiations
• Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and relationship management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in chemistry with 7+ years of industrial experience and 3+ years in business development
• Experience in Contract Research Organizations (CRO) is preferred
• Demonstrates a broad understanding of discovery processes and early phase CMC knowledge
• Ability to work independently and in a self-motivated manner
• Proven experience in creating opportunities leading to successful business outcomes
