Business Development Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Director, Multi-Omics (DTC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline by identifying and shaping new business opportunities
• Conduct market research to qualify opportunities and assess competitive environments
• Lead the business development process, including proposal management and collaboration with internal teams

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with US Federal projects, including 5 years in VA business development or capture management
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of successful business development across various acquisition sizes
• Strong relationships with VA and government agencies
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
