Job Summary

Leading the development of complex business proposals, the full-time remote Business Development Director will coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize RFP execution and leverage data intelligence to tailor proposals for a hyperscale cloud customer.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate execution of business development initiatives and strategic programs
  • Lead the Proposal/Quote development team to ensure timely completion of proposals aligned with business goals
  • Monitor progress of active RFPs and provide status updates to senior leadership
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, program management, business, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in business development, account management, or program management
  • Experience in the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) or Contract Manufacturing (CMO) industry
  • Understanding of key financial metrics and proficiency in CRM and project management tools
  • Hyperscale cloud experience is highly preferred
