Business Development Director

Job Summary

Supporting the Vice President of Business Development, the full-time remote Enterprise Business Development Director will focus on growing business channels, building relationships with cross-functional teams, and utilizing data analysis to identify growth opportunities that enhance revenue and strategic positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Grow business channels by capturing same-store and new growth opportunities
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams and market leaders to support new partnerships and network development
• Develop strategic business cases and execute multi-year business development plans across key national and ministry market channels

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership/management, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership/management
• No specific licensure or certification required
