Job Summary

Focused on expanding market presence, the full-time salaried Business Development Director will identify strategic opportunities, develop sales plans, and engage with clients to support innovative GI therapies, working remotely across the Eastern US and Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve annual sales targets and build client relationships in new regions
  • Lead proposal development and support contract negotiations with clients
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to support strategic sales planning
Required qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree and 5-8 years of related business development experience, or a college diploma and 8 years of experience
  • Clinical research industry experience is required
  • Experience in account management and geographical territory expansion
  • Technical expertise in contract negotiation and analysis
  • Substantial ongoing education or training in relevant fields
