Job Summary

Driving growth within a designated region, the full-time Business Development Director will identify new business opportunities, build strong partner relationships, and develop targeted sales strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve annual sales targets and expand the client base in new markets
  • Develop and lead client presentations, managing the proposal development process and supporting contract negotiations
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to contribute to sales strategies and new product development
Required qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree with 5-8 years of related experience, or a college diploma with a minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development within clinical research or life sciences services
  • Experience with proposal development, RFP responses, and complex contract negotiations
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong executive-level client relationship management skills
