Job Summary

To expand market presence in the life sciences sector, the full-time Business Development Director will identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to position specialized consulting solutions for clients in Clinical & Regulatory Consulting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Strategy Consulting business
  • Engage in networking and relationship-building to strengthen client partnerships
  • Track and report opportunities through the CRM system to support visibility and prioritization
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of business development experience in the life sciences sector, preferably in healthcare consulting
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical operations and procurement processes
  • Proven ability to cultivate senior client relationships and generate new business
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions
