Job Summary
To support the growth of wireless technology solutions, the remote Director of Business Development will manage new sales opportunities, expand relationships with existing customers, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound outreach
- Re-establish and expand growth potential for dormant and existing customers
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage customer relationships through effective support and communication
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing/Sales; Associates degree with 5 years relevant experience considered
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a technical product line, preferably in cellular data communications
- Strong technical background in IP Networking and Public Wireless Data Technologies
- Proven success in sales, particularly working with OEMs
- Product certification with demonstrable expertise required
