Job Summary

Leading strategic account efforts in a remote capacity, the full-time Business Development Director will drive consulting performance by developing client relationships, implementing account strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and refine the sales process, ensuring alignment with consulting delivery capabilities and key accounts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key account stakeholders to identify opportunities and advance work
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement and managing sales forecasting
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in sales, account management, or relationship building within a consulting or biopharma services environment
  • Deep understanding of the biopharma industry and its competitive dynamics
  • Proven success in building or scaling a sales function, ideally as a first hire or early-stage leader
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM systems and sales forecasting
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
