Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Director, this full-time position will lead business development activities in the Business & Operations Systems domain across Market Area Americas, focusing on market development, solution strategy, and executive-level customer relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with regional teams to develop and implement sustainable business growth strategies
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives for BSS/OSS offerings, including sales acceleration programs and thought-leadership forums
  • Monitor market dynamics and customer demand to influence portfolio relevance and drive innovation across BOS products and services
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in the telecom software industry, with expertise in BSS/OSS
  • Proven success in business development and portfolio management with Tier-1 Communications Service Providers
  • Strong understanding of telecom networks, IT systems, and digital transformation
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technologies into business value
