Job Summary

To drive strategic growth, the full-time remote Business Development Director will develop and manage vendor and association relationships, identify new partnerships, and negotiate contracts to achieve financial goals.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Defines and implements key milestones and tactics for integrating new marketable vendors into the portfolio
  • Develops and expands national vendor, association, and Employee Discount Programs
  • Creates marketing plans for existing and new vertical markets and manages contract utilization and vendor sales reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience required
  • Four to six years of relevant experience
  • Deep knowledge of industry business practices and financial modeling
  • Professional demeanor with strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Experience in high-level decision-making and business strategy development
