Job Summary

Leading the Global Strategic Account Program, the full-time Business Development Director will manage a portfolio of high-potential clients, drive strategic growth through account planning, and coordinate global resources while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the GSAP Developmental Accounts Program, ensuring execution of growth strategies for high-growth accounts
  • Align regional Account Managers and coordinate global resources for seamless delivery across multiple regions
  • Oversee account data management and reporting to maintain insights and drive performance against revenue targets
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic account management, business development, or sales leadership
  • Experience in the audio visual, technology, or services integration industry is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and global account expansion
  • International business experience is considered a strong advantage
