Job Summary
Driving revenue and expanding strategic client partnerships, the full-time remote Business Development Director will develop territory strategies, manage a sales pipeline, and lead client engagement to achieve growth in the life sciences sector.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets while owning revenue delivery across assigned accounts
- Build and execute strategic territory and account plans to identify and pursue high-value opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage the sales pipeline and lead strategic client engagements from initial approach to deal closure
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in sales within the life sciences sector, including CRO or eClinical experience
- Demonstrated success in building and executing territory and account strategies
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, including proposal development and bid leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Fluency in English
