Job Summary

Driving revenue and expanding strategic client partnerships, the full-time remote Business Development Director will develop territory strategies, manage a sales pipeline, and lead client engagement to achieve growth in the life sciences sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets while owning revenue delivery across assigned accounts
  • Build and execute strategic territory and account plans to identify and pursue high-value opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage the sales pipeline and lead strategic client engagements from initial approach to deal closure
Required qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales within the life sciences sector, including CRO or eClinical experience
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing territory and account strategies
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, including proposal development and bid leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Fluency in English
