Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Business Development Director, the successful candidate will drive revenue growth, develop territory strategies, and manage a strong sales pipeline within the life sciences sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets while owning revenue delivery across assigned accounts
  • Build and execute strategic territory and account plans to identify high-value opportunities
  • Lead client engagement and deal processes from initial approach to deal closure
Required qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales within the life sciences sector (CRO, eClinical, clinical technology)
  • Experience in building and executing territory and account strategies
  • Strong history of delivering revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Fluency in English
