Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Business Development Director, the successful candidate will drive revenue growth, develop territory strategies, and manage a strong sales pipeline within the life sciences sector.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets while owning revenue delivery across assigned accounts
- Build and execute strategic territory and account plans to identify high-value opportunities
- Lead client engagement and deal processes from initial approach to deal closure
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in sales within the life sciences sector (CRO, eClinical, clinical technology)
- Experience in building and executing territory and account strategies
- Strong history of delivering revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Fluency in English
