Job Summary

Seeking a strategic Business Development Director, the full-time remote role will drive growth by forging partnerships, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing brand visibility in e-commerce and marketing sectors.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with sales and client service teams to optimize performance and refine processes for sustainable growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding reach across e-commerce and Amazon ecosystems
  • Manage and maximize the CRM (Pipedrive) to streamline reporting, tracking, and conversion efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of business development experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets
  • 3+ years in business development roles within e-commerce, ideally with 2+ years in Amazon or marketing agency environments
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on experience building partnerships and managing key accounts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment
