Job Summary
Leading a high-volume outreach team, the full-time remote Business Development Director will manage a team of BDRs, design multi-channel outbound strategies, and oversee lead automation tools to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of 7 BDRs, providing feedback and conducting training workshops
- Build and iterate on outbound sequences, including cold outreach and relationship-based campaigns
- Analyze team performance data and deliver weekly forecasts to leadership, identifying pipeline risks
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of management experience in a Go-To-Market/Commercial organization, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven strategy development experience in optimizing BDR deployment and KPIs
- Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce and outbound outreach tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Finance
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in analytics, reporting, and trend analysis
