Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Business Development Director for Digital Transformation, this remote position will manage and grow government agency accounts, identify new business opportunities in Mission and Enterprise Information Technology, and develop strategic sales approaches to exceed revenue targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Identifies, qualifies, and secures business opportunities while developing targeted sales strategies
- Builds and maintains relationships with current and potential clients, addressing their needs and challenges
- Collaborates with business leaders to secure and grow accounts, participating in key capture activities and proposal development
Required qualifications:
- 15+ years of DoD or Federal experience, with at least 5 years in business development roles within the Defense or Federal IT industry
- Proven track record of building successful Mission and/or Enterprise IT solutions valued over $100M
- Ability to execute business development functions with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance
