Job Summary
Driving revenue growth, the full-time remote Business Development Director, Absence & Disability Management will identify new opportunities, manage complex sales cycles, and build strong client relationships within the U.S. small to mid-market segment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy for Absence & Disability Management solutions
- Drive lead generation and manage the full sales cycle, including RFIs and RFPs
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners while identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive business development or sales experience, particularly in lead generation
- Experience selling into small to mid-market organizations
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach
- Ability to create and execute strategic business development plans
