Job Summary
Driving new revenue growth, the full-time remote Business Development Director, Disability Management will develop targeted strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong client relationships within the U.S. small to mid-market segment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy for Absence & Disability Management solutions
- Drive lead generation and create new opportunities within the small to mid-market segment
- Manage the full sales cycle, including RFIs and RFPs, while collaborating with internal subject matter experts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive business development or sales experience with a focus on lead generation
- Experience selling into small to mid-market organizations
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach
- Ability to create and execute strategic business development plans
