A company is looking for a Business Development Manager / Director, DP&C (Discovery, Preclinical & CMC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and profit targets, driving business growth and profitability
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients, emphasizing senior management teams
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to the development of a compelling Value Proposition
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Chemistry or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience in a scientific lab environment
- Experience in Drug Discovery/Development and Business Development within the CRO industry
- Deep understanding of the CRO and Pharmaceutical market
- Excellent commercial acumen and business analytical abilities
