A company is looking for an AVP Business Development for the East Coast Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Mid Market Business Development frontline managers to drive profitable growth
- Integrate planning efforts and allocate resources effectively to meet strategic objectives
- Develop and coach management and sales teams to maximize their potential and ensure revenue growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of Sales/Business Development experience with 5+ years in leadership/sales management
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on financial and career growth
- High level of business acumen and advanced selling & negotiation skills
- Strong management skills for mentoring and coaching sales leaders
