Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP Business Development for the East Coast Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Mid Market Business Development frontline managers to drive profitable growth
  • Integrate planning efforts and allocate resources effectively to meet strategic objectives
  • Develop and coach management and sales teams to maximize their potential and ensure revenue growth


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of Sales/Business Development experience with 5+ years in leadership/sales management
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on financial and career growth
  • High level of business acumen and advanced selling & negotiation skills
  • Strong management skills for mentoring and coaching sales leaders
