Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive strategic expansion in the thermal management solutions market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue from OEM and industrial customers
  • Utilize existing relationships to secure new business opportunities in cooling systems and heat-transfer markets
  • Manage the full sales cycle and collaborate with engineering teams to provide technical insights and proposals
Required Qualifications
  • Direct sales experience in heat exchangers, radiators, or related thermal management products
  • Established book of business and strong relationships with OEM and industrial buyers
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a technical sales environment
  • Strong technical understanding of cooling systems and thermal engineering concepts
  • Experience selling engineered-to-order or custom-manufactured products
