Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Executive - TPV (Third-Party Verification).
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new TPV service contracts in targeted sectors
- Engage with Sales Managers and VPs to demonstrate the value of compliance as a growth tool
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from initial discovery to contract negotiation and operational handoff
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in TPV, BPO, or Compliance-as-a-Service
- Deep understanding of compliance regulations including TCPA and FCC/FTC
- Experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Technical literacy in discussing API integrations and secure data transmission
- Ability to position compliance as a competitive advantage for sales teams
