Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Executive - TPV (Third-Party Verification).

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new TPV service contracts in targeted sectors
  • Engage with Sales Managers and VPs to demonstrate the value of compliance as a growth tool
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from initial discovery to contract negotiation and operational handoff


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in TPV, BPO, or Compliance-as-a-Service
  • Deep understanding of compliance regulations including TCPA and FCC/FTC
  • Experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Technical literacy in discussing API integrations and secure data transmission
  • Ability to position compliance as a competitive advantage for sales teams
